That's pretty clear at this point: Deliver a product that meets all the technical specifications (for whichever use case they go with) and passes the full suite of qualification tests. Everything else is window dressing. This assumes the LWLG product is a photonic chip - if the product, instead, is licensing tech through foundries, then it's a somewhat different story, but ultimately some party needs to get to that same stage of a qualified product based on the technology.
