I do NOT HATE you because you see the 75/25% only applicable to what you call the SET ASIDE for Class 19, not at all.
I just have a very hard time digesting the thought that the Likes of TEPPER SAVITZ BONDERMAN, WHEN THEY WERE PRETTY MUCH IN CONTROL of the NEGOTIATING GSA( court ordered to where ALL participate), that they would have actually negotiated themselves into a SUBORDINATE position to commons as it makes no sense to me what so ever.

DOES IT REALLY MAKE SENSE TO YOU ??????????

Again if it is 2.6 X's face, I'll laugh all the way to the bank...............................................................
