The truth is that they weren't really trying to do any of that. They were simply trying to get investors to buy into a fantasy by PRing the heck out of it. IMO, you will find out that IFUS is just another "Flying Pink Pig Hallucination" and will die a quicker death than RRLB.

Everything Versace touches turns to dust. Everything Volante touches turns to dust. Everything Walthers touches turns to dust. Quite a three headed monster you got going.

IFUS is RRLB redoux. Same management + Walthers (Yikes), and, IMO, Guido Volante lurking in the background. Same lack of product. Same lack of revenue.

Well, dda, in truth the stock holders control nothing. First, you have no idea how many millions and millions of shares insiders hold. Second, the AS was not affected by the Reverse Split. Third, previous insiders holdings were probably not effected by the reverse split either. Fourth, you have no idea if they have done, or plan to do any 504 funding (They almost assuredly will) or CD financing.

The purpose of the reverse split was to get the old shareholders out of their hair. That's always the purpose. when you see a pump, you will see a dump. Its the penny way. Even more so when you consider who the insiders of this outfit are.
