Not true.. not closed at all. The injunction merely prevented him from "saying" he was the Pres and CEO. Case has not even been heard. But that is not important.. here's what IS IMPORTANT.

WALTHER FILED UNDER THE WHISTLEBLOWER ACT WITH BOTH THE SEC AND FINRA AND THE FBI AND THE THE US LABOR DEPART. AND HAS PROVIDED ON GOING ASSISTANCE AND INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE OF SERIOUS SECURITIES AND SOX VIOLATIONS.

He was brought in to do due diligence and when he discovered all of the improprities and broken laws he blew the whistle.
