Could you please provide the clarification/documentation by WMI-LT about the Rights we have to 'Release the FDIC/FDIC-R' (that supposedly we are still 'with-holding') If you are able to provide it here...

Because I see these posts being made frequently by overzealous posters here that 'We have Not RELEASED the FDIC" yet.
Yet, I did not see any such document/Docket to that effect nor had I ever received any such documentation from the WMILT that we have the 'Right' to 'Release the FDIC' or that we'll 'Release the FDIC' at a 'later point of time. As I recall, All I received originally when we 'ratified' the POR 7 before the "Effective Date" were "Release Documents" that asked us to Choose Whether the we are 'signing' FOR' the GSA('Global Services Agreement') and as part of that, we were 'Releasing' JPMC OR we are NOT Choosing to sign 'FOR' the GSA (meaning 'Rejecting the GSA' and NOT 'Releasing' JPMC).

So, When or Where was it stated that we 'Are Not Releasing the FDIC/FDIC-R'? I never saw any such Document /Information in the Forms and the accompanying Instructions that were sent to me by the WMI-LT in 2012. TIA & GLTU & GLTA!
