Your costs are ridiculous. Off by an order of magnitude or more. Hauling rock/ore down steep, curvy mountain grades is not the same as a semi on the freeway.

No miner would build a mill/processing plant 17 miles from the mine.

And still nobody has found where the tailings dam/pond are going to fit on a 12 acre property. Maybe the local farmers will like several million tons of gray toxic sludge spread on their sugar cane fields?
