Help needed please - my shares are in Irish/UK broker so I cant ask a question on the portal - https://app.saytechnologies.com/amarin-2023-q4.
Could someone post a question as follows please:

Can Amarin Management provide an update on the legal cases ongoing and when they might reach conclusion please? Also what legal steps are Amarin taking to defend the 93% Cardiovascular Indication against generics which have a constant 43% market share.

I dont want to get into who has what shares debates, if someone would kindly post my question and let the thumbs up on the say website decide if it is selected or not.
Otherwise UK and Irish shareholders cant ask questions which is as best discrimination. As a group we shouldnt be afraid to have these questions asked if we have no ulterior motivations.
And to make the point I had previously been in touch with Mike E when he was looking for an ROI contact so he knows who I am.
