you forgot to add that the judge hearing the case stayed the decision pending the outcome of the GSA settlement hearings... when all parties agreed to settle cross claims against each other and came to an agreement and ratified the GSA, the judge abandoned the 5AT case, and it was NEVER ADJUDICATED INTO LAW.....for abandoning the stock in WAMU, and 20.7 billion dollars in SHAREHOLDERS RETAINED EARNINGS, WMI received 6,5 billion dollars allowance for their claims, plus 5.89 billion dollars in IRS tax NOLS...so, WMI got 12 billion dollars in settlement for their 20 billion dollar claims, and never had to go to court and fight a lawsuit over their claims which they could have NOT PREVAILED BECAUSE JPM THREATENED A 27 BILLION DOLLAR COUNTERSUIT AGAINST WMI.......tell the whole story ron, and not just the parts you like....mix up another batch of koolaide for your flock...Lodas
