Bought this for the bride, and figured I'd better try it since she hasn't been around.
It's also dated, and not knowing squat about plant based cheese.... I don't know if I can go beyond that date.
Surprisingly, it tasted a bit like brie.
It doesn't however, melt like brie.
This judge gave it a 4/10.
