Is the below Share Count owned by shareholders and institutions somewhat accurate......

Total Shares outstanding..... 117 Million

34 million owned by Institutions
4 million owned by Goetz Family members
20 million owned by USA shareholders ( I am under guessing on purpose)
25 Million owned by the European contingent of Shareholders

AND

22 million shares shorted

Even when you exclude the 22 million shares that have to be returned by the shorts you are left with only 34 million shares......so when we get NEWS this thing could FLY as there will be an instant demand for shares.........

Any thoughts anyone ? Am I dreaming or is this scenario possible ?
