Perhaps not explicitly, but the 10-Q certainly discussed the $250K SHMP has gotten from the "sale" (if that's the correct word) of Hydrenesis' equipment to that third-party or however they were described in the filing.

And there's only $50K left for SHMP to realize from that relationship. And those figures are gross, not net. There are COGS associated with that deal that are also accounted for.

And IIRC, in subsequent events, SHMP disclosed the 40M shares it put to GHS. Well, GHS' cost for those shares is about $0.008. That means SHMP got $320K from SHMP. That won't go very far in SHMP Land, even without the expenses of actually producing shrimp. And certainly not when SHMP has to cough up $116K to the Hamilton County tax assessor for its useless Iowa facilities.

But at least we can be happy that the SHMP flies will disappear after completing another life cycle, with their next life cycle timed for the appearance of SHMP's 10-K in June. Meanwhile, SHMP bag holders will continue to be left in the dark about what SHMP is actually doing.
