Maybe BIEL hopes that Mundipharma will just pay them to go away. My experience is that rich people (and rich companies) don't get rich by recklessly throwing money around or showing weakness against Davids and their slingshots, but who knows -- we haven't seen the contract of course.

BTW wouldn't the Synergy deal in 2022 have been a breach of contract on BIEL's part, since Mundipharma had exclusive rights through 2023? (I'm being facetious of course because "the Synergy deal" was just bullshit.)<<<
