I understand your logic as

If a business (NS) Files its reports on time and clearly states to its shareholders and potential investors all aspects of the operation in particular the financial situation and the consequences of such condition...Then they are for Good or Bad a business... all transactions reported as required.....
hard to disagree with that....Consumer be aware...

When a proxy like UF/Richard spins the financial reports/conditions of NS, he gets called out for the LIAR he is and rightfully so... justified and deserved...

When Easterling, Delgado and the likes put out press releases with production projections and event dates that are clearly based on fantacy as proven time after time...we call them dreamers.... they are full-time dreamers on someone else's coin...Dreamers nevertheless....

So I am not negative and since I know nothing about Easterling...I'll assume he had a noble idea when started..and it never worked out as planned or he just met Delgado and things went down-hill from there...
