The stainless-steel (unpainted) exterior is going to cause headaches for owners, IMO.


Yes I agree - Stainless steel is not rustproof or "pitproof". Chlorine in particular can eat it away. Drive it on roads that have been salted and you are asking for trouble over the long term IMO. Then there are other issues like rail dust, grease, scratches and that really nasty thing called rain See this Motortrend analysis:
