Yep, claiming on actual Court Docs. The first 13 or so pages are denials to the Plaintiffs clearly provable facts.
On Page 22 - 23.
55. Counter Plaintiffs have partnered with Astra Energy Inc., a publicly traded
company, including purchasing a substantial interest in Astra Energy, Inc.
56. As a result of the foregoing actions, both companies’ reputations have been
damaged and public stock prices have decreased. Indeed, from August 2022 to the present, Astra’s
stock price has decreased by more than 95%.
57. Counter Plaintiffs were in the process of executing a deal with Swihart Industries,
Inc. of Dayton, Ohio for manufacturing the Invention.
58. As a result of the foregoing actions, including actions of Counter Defendant’s
Parties, Steve Swihart, of Swihart Industries, Inc., informed Counter Plaintiffs that much “surface
in the last few days about Holcomb and the [Invention]. . .. I will not be manufacturing for Astra,
AHES or HES or any related entity.”
59. As a result of Counter Defendant’s actions, Counter Plaintiffs have been and
continue to be harmed.
60. As a result of Counter Defendant’s actions, Counter Plaintiffs’ business and
business relationships have been and continue to be harmed.
61. Counter Defendant’s actions have harmed multiple carefully cultivated
relationships of Counter Plaintiffs’, including investors, manufacturers, domestic and foreign
government entities and individuals, and public appearances.
Now this is all on public record, so we are free to publish.
This read like there is a deep state international conspiracy against Holcomb and Astra, nowhere in the document does it mention anything about the tech or the fact that people, funders and industry walk away because it does not work.
Holcomb is pleading that it and ASRE are victims not those people who have lost their investment through the Plaintiffs claim of fraud and inducement as detailed in the Plaintiffs complaint and the Courts decision to throw out the Defendants Motion to Dismiss out.
