The one thing I find so strange is that whatever was looming over Everett/IST was going to hinder the uplist.

It is clear ST3 had to pull the plug (for now) because the underwriters, SEC or lenders said he had to be removed to uplist.

I would like to think we see them return after the uplist takes place. That could be the thing that keeps the price stable post IPO too.

So you run it up with VuMe and stabilize it with smart city contracts. Or maybe VuMe will sustain itself just fine?
