TKG, Assuming that the calculations are close, it should also be noted that they are based upon roughly $0.0666 Kwh energy costs unless I missed something. I don't know when this guesstimation was caluclated, but I do know that the cost of electricity is MUCH higher these days. My own electricity runs around $0.12 Kwh, BUT... My all-electric home is grid-tied solar power... 8^)

If those calculations are close to accurate, the savings might be much greater considering current energy costs. Dunno....

I continue to wonder what the TRUE energy savings is using Lightwave's tech. Nobody can nail that figure down. The modulators consume 1/10th the power, AND they operate at room temperature, reducing the demand for cooling fans and HVAC demand IF I understand our investment correctly...

I'm just patiently waiting for those "Market Acceptance" PRs......
