That’s the other thing that’s weird. I look on the 10 K from last year and it says around 24 million shares that he’s got.

Who gives a guy 24 million shares for being on a board. Unless he sold something or gave something a value to the company it’s just a giveaway

That dilutes all of us.

I don’t know where you’re getting the 9 million shares maybe that’s the amount he actually owns in the rest of options I don’t know.

Management does seem to be overly focused on taking care of insiders and board members and employees to the very highest degree at the expense of retail who they could care less about.

And then the guy sells a half a million shares right before a milestone that should’ve been very positive for us.
