Some of his shares may not have been allocated your attack on this, randomly, bringing up things unrelated from 2007, when he was not a board member and involving regulatory matters, clearly you’re screaming all over the board without ANY actual information, which is bizarre. Seems like a fake effort to create noise around trying to oust a board member. And that, as I said, usually suggests interests trying to get some sort of leverage. But, in this case virtually all the points are without real information, are falsely made by implication, not facts, are extremely dated, and are literally bizarre. Strange. Not rational.
