This Marc Walters has matured to a business person of real integrity.

Unlike two of his follow directors he did not run from responsibilities but made sure his debts were paid off no matter how long it took.

While two former directors forsaken their legal responsibilities, taking trade secrets with them upon leaving the company causing harm to the shareholders they have a Fiduciary DUTY to protect.
