You need to ask yourself why does this guy have 24m plus options/shares for just being on the board? That in of itself stinks. Everything about this company if you dig deep enough stinks.

Go look into his sordid history. Too many red flags here man. You should always look at the bear case when investing otherwise you might as well blindly join the cult.

Navid Malik, an analyst at Cenkos Securities who was suspended, with pay, a few days ago while the firm explored a claim that Malik had received $5 million in Northwest stock after putting out a "bullish" report on its prospects. Malik is now a nonexecutive director at Northwest.

Sounds like a paid pumper to me who is now on your board with 24m in shares.
