NTK Announces Senior Management Changes; Substantial Share Retirement And Cancels Reverse Split

(OTC PINK:INTK) today announced that Stuart Burchill, the group's founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has decided to step down from his roles effective December 12, 2023, for health reasons. Craig Fischer will take over effective immediately as CEO of the Company and its subsidiaries, Syneffex, TalkingPaint, and Anaconda Insulation.
