PM a riot this morning on low floaters
OMH normally trades 30k a day traded over 20 million up 400% to $6
ARBB normally trades 60k a day traded over 7 million up 200% to $5
VCIG normally trades 150k a day traded over 6 million up 125% to $2.50

THis goes on every day and needless to say they all crash. And its been going on a long time. This is so obvious but I have never seen any SEC charges on it as I suspect the groups are private and given the timing of the runs possibly overseas as they start trading them at 4 and 5 am
