But the fact that he's likely in profit already as a result of those centi-million dollar contracts with military suitors decreases the exigency of solving the mess he and his CFO had a hand in creating right from the start due partly to lax Series B documentation--penalizing his shareholders and tarnishing his image as a result...(if that even matters)
