I have no idea what his business plan even is. He says he's acquired some tonnage of calcium carbonate in exchange for some preferred shares. Who would make that deal? And from what I read, that tonnage has yet to even be mined. How is Miller going to pay for the equipment and personnel to operate the machinery to mine it, load it and ship it? He can't even pay himself his own salary!

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
