Corporations and LLCs are required by Nevada state law to maintain a registered agent during the life of the company. If a Nevada company is without a registered agent for thirty consecutive days, the company can be administratively dissolved. To change Nevada registered agents, file a Statement of Change of Registered Agent by Represented Entity with the Nevada Secretary of State and include $60 for processing.
