I just assume Jim is trying to get people to buy shares so that Power Up can sell into it. It's sleazy but probably has to be done to move things forward and get this to the next stage. After asking around and looking up, toxicity studies can take some time to initiate. And Jim has again been misleading people most likely for various reasons. What I have read is that the approvals and considerations for a 3rd party to conduct one can take weeks to months, or longer to affirm and get the 3rd party to conduct the pharmacokinetics study. So, its not as simple as finding a company and asking them to run a study. Lot of layers involved.
