Here is a clearer picture : layman's terms- NGMS market cap rose to the buy out price! Aristocrat Leisure bought them for 1.2 billion , so the market cap goes to the Value of the buyout - thus NGMS market cap is 1Bil now

Now EBET for example let's say they get bought out for just $300Million - that equates to $300 market cap which is $20 a share......

Easy enough formula - Buyout amount divided by shares out and there you have it!

Seeing that Aristocrat also paid a premium for NGMS , if they offer $500M for EBET then that would be $33 a share....

And if they did the same as NGMS at $1.2B then ....Drum Roll......... $80 a share!
