Can you or anyone help me understand when they mention OS at 22.3 months as significant potential when we know of cases where OS is over 10 years?....
Where is 22.3 often mention when the results are better than 22.3?

Clinical trial stats in indications such as this typically use median and H/R (the relative risk of eventing at any time period between the arms) as the headline number. There is good reason for this.

The problem with pushing numbers that are neither formal endpoints nor common is that it sounds like cherry picking.. So most will first state the median and then maybe go deeper.

This is nothing specific to DCVax-L. Many drugs have been slammed on this message board for only adding a a few moths despite having fat tails.
