I don’t know all the specific terms but wasn’t or isn’t there something that was proposed throughout the otc markets to limit it clean up toxic financing. It would be wise for companies to have waited to have it eliminated or , at least, reduced over the past 2-3 years. It would be a wonderful day to see him file, come back clean, debt free and have an aggressive plan in action. Dreaming at this point but one never can tell about life.
