Nixon may have hired Brenda Hamilton to help him in the trademark controversy. It's not mathematical that I'm here to get wcvc back to trading.
Nixon may not have filed because of this controversy, unfortunately we don't know anything about it and I find this really terrible especially for how shareholders were treated in this story

You can't possibly rule out the possibility that Nixon screwed all of us and then only hired Hamilton for reasons unknown to us. In this case, the law firm would not be responsible for anything
There remains one fact in this whole ugly story..... Nixon's silence for two years... You justify it, but I absolutely don't.
A CEO has responsibilities to shareholders even though we are in the OTC saloon here. He didn't deliver on any of his promises..... He literally disappeared from the radar for two years
