So allow me to educate YOU. FOKs and IOCs can be used strategically to gauge a stocks liquidity. I've used it in the past on otc stocks to establish starter positions. Are sellers bid dumping? Will I need to slap the ask? It's just another way to gather information. As for "MMs laughing..", it's algorithmic trading with buy and sell models. I wasn't aware algos had a sense of humor.
