but we have been here before

Actually we haven’t. We need to understand that 12 months ago there was no operational modulator that provided ALT results (accelerated life testing results) for an operational modulator. We now have the data and therefore PROOF OF CONCEPT.


We have moved from theory and design into an actual functioning and operational modulator manufactured and placed on wafers, diced and tested with ALD applied as a final coating.

Following proof of concept we have entered into the second step of device designs ….I.e. The pluggable transceiver and we are well along in this regard with the transceiver to be revealed to the public with >2 transceiver companies working on this project.

“ We were here before” [sic] really suggests there has been no progress. May I suggest that very significant progress has been made and any presentation done now is no longer pie in the sky. We have VALIDATION.
