Given the “roughly approximately about somewhere around” $275,000 / wk in operating expenses, SHMP must harvest about 27,500 pounds per week @ $10.00 /lb. or 55,000 per week @ $5.00/lb, just to pay their overhead.

I do not see this possible, in my opinion
