Once I found out Goldman Sachs filed insider filing 2 days ago on ATRA, I just now quadrupled my position .90...I am going VERY large on this one now...also see that this stock is MAJOR institutions on it...I really didn't look too hard at this one, my bro Matt is 100% the best at dd and bios...I have absolute trust in his picks...now that I actually took a look this morning, I want to back up the truck on it...jeeeeez, even Blackrock in it:

keep loading this dip..that being said, I just turned on 10 day hourly ( a chart I use to determine a bottom) it's oversold....we're very close to bottom...

Institutions own 82.95%...and when you see the biggest of the big boys on it...get in...JMHO
