He works for ELITE ...It is his job to do EVERYTHING he can to benefit Elite .... it is unethical as hell for him to continue to own a private pharma company and then on top of that, us his connections at Elite, to benefit his private company !!!!!!!!!!

No, you make no sense with your 2nd statement. "If he had loaned to Elite to buy the other half" .. He would not be "selling off a bad asset to Elite" !! HE WOULD HAVE NEVER OWNED IT to begin with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
