I would agree with the latter statement. That being said, because he didn’t do that does not necessarily mean nefarious intent. It’s his money, he can spend it however he likes.

If he had loaned to Elite to buy the other half and then Prasco style deals didn’t pan out or we didn’t end up making much off it, you know damn well you’d be criticizing him for the opposite reason - selling off a bad asset to Elite. Lol.

But you know that already ;)
