Interesting, but it only lasted a limited time. Looks like it did not create immune memory, though, it appears and of course we know some recent risks have arisen from Car-T. But it is interesting. Combinations, in my view, will be necessary, whether with Car-T or most any of these new treatments and DCVax-L and Direct will probably be a very important candidate as a necessary combinatorial product, especially to produce a broader, immune memory.
