That's probably why your attorney won't move forward with your lawsuit... they have read the agreement and understand there's no case against "Gerry", as you called him on the Amarantus conference call. Must have been pretty tight with Gerald to call him Gerry, and having a "signed" agreement that certainly made you feel special among shareholders.
