Non-disclosure agreements are used to protect sensitive and confidential information from being disclosed to others by the recipient. Companies use NDAs to ensure that their ideas won't be stolen by people they are negotiating with. I have never heard of a company using an NDA to prevent public knowledge that they are associating with another company. Is there something about hiring DBMM that would be viewed negatively? That's pretty sad if that's the case
Shareholders really actually wonder why you don't spend your days running the company rather than posting on iHub?
