Are there any former DENDREON-Investors on this board ?

I was and if I remember correctly DNDN around approval investigated something similar
to Flaskworks : Every doctor and every hospital should be put in a position to produce Provenge
locally and for themselves. This project ultimately failed and I think this was the start of DNDN's demise.

Anyone has some memories to that ?

I was heavy in it.

DNDN did burn a lot of cash building 2 new facilities. But they were bleeding red ink and one solution they had been asserting was automation.

The project had gone on several year. And was never more than a cash drain. At the time they through in the towel they had not yet had a system ready for certification (AFAIK).

It was certainly the operation red ink that led to BK. A combination of factors though. Not only did they spend a could hundred million on the facilities and the automation project, but they used loans for that ($600K) when the PPS was high and they could have sold a modest number of shares. Also just plain management incompetence in not cutting the huge overhead they took on after approval.
