This (well done) video has been out about 13 hours and it's the 2nd reference that I've seen posted after the SAGA 9/15/23 Binding Agreement that refers to Biogenysis as a subsidiary of ENZC. The other I've noticed is the Biogenysis website reference to ENZC as its parent, is located under the Company page and one of the Achievements bullets. The last post on that page was the "Go with your Gut" article posted on 11/10/23.

So, which is it? A sale on 9/15/23 to SAGA with a closing by 9/30/23 or is it pending, or has it been abandoned?? We need a PR from CC clarifying the current status and their intentions related to this issue.
