I was speaking on the phone with SEC last week if an individual or group is 100% biased in their entire posting history especially & only promoting FEAR tactics / lies / misleading or NO Factual reasoning to seemingly create or instill doubt on investors - THIS IS CONSIDERED MARKET MANIPULATION and it is encouraged to be reported!

Deleting a Public message explaining HOW to report Market Manipulation they said is ALSO Manipulation
