They both know I posted several years ago regarding talks I had to FINRA agents and even FBI, on other compnaies regarding this. I had been with TD for over 15 years till they sold out to Schwab, who themselves even have a site dropdown talking about borrowing your shares to lend out to others !

FINRA Agent told me TD at the time always had many violations settled out of court to tune of $Millions in fines, yet keep doing the same thing over and over and SEC needed to crack down on them and seemingly allow this sh!t to occur still today...
