Maybe. Are there any other options? If he's not reporting factual revenue numbers, what are we suppose to do.

We were suppose to Merge with a revenue generating operation years ago with nothing to show for it. The SPAC was given to Mark with a clean bill of health with no debt. Mark thinks he's smarter than the SEC and Shareholders.

It's obvious that he's hiding sales and revenue numbers.

If he won't answer to shareholders, maybe he will answer to the SEC.

Are there any other options?

The SEC has now made it easier to file a complaint.

Mark told me personally that news and reports were coming out before the end of the year and still nothing, in the last filing.

He's a Shit Salesman with a mouthful of samples.

Where do we go from here? Give him more time?
