EVERYONE look into $VIRI Bear Raid is going to fail miserably here. Shorts attacking because company announced special vote for 1 to 25 share reverse split special meeting. Reverse split won't pass management only can control 11.7 % of all voting shares institutions is like 980k or something o/s is 19 mil. Lucky in DELAWARE CORP require vote to approve by election. No way in hell retail will vote for this but shorts working overtime on this ticker and they know wont get approved last year it didn't get approved in annual meeting vote either!!! This is setting up for a big squeeze and per recent PR CEO promised a possible partnership by end of this quarter. This is a small cap bio working on two drugs IMC-1 and IMC-2 Imc-1 headed into Phase III in May with FDA granted Fast Track... GET IN CHEAP GET IN NOW! STUPID UNDERVALUED RIGHT NOW... the CEO cancelled an offering last August and has been under attack ever since then. Company has only sold 500 shares period since last AUGUST.... I think the attack is because of bad blood and Jones Trading who the offering was written with but who knows... PRICED WAY TO CHEAP RIGHT NOW.
