The FDIC stated years ago: No distributions can be made while there is ongoing litigation....LIBOR!

So that was the big holdup. 15 years later we are close to the end. Once LIBOR is settled the funds can flow.

And yes, the LT escrow markers were deleted, but as wwhathe stated clearly, our escrow POSITIONS were not deleted. They are alive and well and waiting to be reactivated.
