The Dec shareholder letter looks more and more like Lebby needed to stem the price slide by putting an appeasement message out to the investors. His wording was basically to look for deals but do not be surprised if we do not have any. It bought the company a window but the AGM will be when he should get hit with tough questions. be interested to see if he will Vulcan up and answer them to an impatient crew.
