Completely agree on all counts.
I'll sniff around for an SEC-experienced counsel, as they'd want to hit a pink with a real lawsuit once funding arrived. There is a case of securities fraud here based upon PR's and other communications. A good shot across the bow may be all it takes to kill the unethical messes Charles dabbles with under a who-cares attitude.
