I’ve been putting much thought into this as I am considering a career in Naysaying. Looks like steady work.

* they didn’t apply to the FDA first, for a reason
* looks like they’re going to study it in the wild, like NovoCure did.
* there is a wealth of examples of companies that didn’t survive after getting approval
* any good doctor will not give this to their patients
* they’ll never be profitable because of their cost structure
* will they get FDA approval before the competition beats them to it?
* there is a manifesto due out any day that will refute their success
* grapefruit juice has changed a lot, we need to revisit that
* they need to uplist. They’ll never uplist.
* where are all the partnerships?
* rumor has it plaintiff wants to drop the case.
* immunotherapy is out, this will never become standard of care
* they cannot ramp manufacturing
* the real money is in direct and they cannot execute on that
